Yelan is an incredible character who can dish out insane amounts of damage while being an amazing support. However, since her damage comes purely out of HP, ATK is useless on her, making it difficult to choose a weapon for her.

This article will help you choose a weapon for Yelan while still dealing damage.

Things to look out for

To help deal the maximum amount of damage with Yelan, you need to look out for the following:

  • Energy Recharge This is the primary stat to look out for while playing Yelan. Without her burst, Yelan can not be utilized fully. But with energy recharge, she can use her burst immediately after cooldown.
  • HP This stat is what helps Yelan deal damage to the enemies. While most other characters rely on ATK, Yelan relies on HP.
  • Crit Rate/DMG Although Yelan is a support, she still deals incredible amounts of damage. Because of this, it is important to keep her Crit Rate and Crit DMG Balanced.
  • Team Enhancing While this isn’t necessary, it is always good for a support to have more ways to buff your team in addition to their normal methods.

Weapons

These are the weapons that meet one or more of the criteria given above:

Aqua Simulacra

This is Yelan’s Signature weapon. Out of the four criteria, the Aqua Simulacra covers both Crit DMG and HP. This weapon helps maximize Yelan’s personal damage. It also buffs her further by giving her a 20% damage bonus when enemies are nearby at r1.
